Mr. S. 1. Dibble has been appointed secretary of the New Zealand National Party. Air. Dibble, who is at present organising lor the Central .Military Command had a distinguished war record, serving witli the 2nd Battalion of the Wellington Regiment, N.Z.E.F., and winning a Distinguished Conduct Medal and a Military Medal. Mr. Dibble’s appointment will be subject to confirmation by the new executive when elected in the near future.
