HONEY ICING. Ingredients: 1 cup of castor sugar, + cup of cold water, i cup of honey, 1 egg. Method: Put the sugar ana water into a saucepan and boil for a few minutes. Add the honey and stir well. Cook until a little tested in cold water forms into a ball, then cool slightly. Beat the white of the egg until stiff, then pour the syrup over it and beat until the mixture will hold its shape. Use as a filling for layer cakes.
