True, they aro not tho leading teams in the competition—rather the opposite, in lact —but that in no way detracts ii om the anticipation that they will provide a ding-dong struggle with plenty of the thrills that patrons have become accustomed to and which they experience at AlcLean Park each Saturday. There is only one senior game locally to-morrow, and some patron* have asked, why? There are five Hastings teams and four Napier teams in the competition, and to preserve an even apportionment of the travelling to be done by each team, it must happen that once in each round only one senior game can be played at AlcLean Park.
