Light Rainfall for May From Our Own Correspondent. TAUPO, June 1. A very heavy frost of 15 degrees was experienced in Taupo this morning This is the lowest temperature this sea son. The weather in tho past month has been exceptionally fine, cold mornings being followed by bright, sunny days with very light winds. Rain fell •on eight days prior to May 13, totalling 1.21 inches, compared with, 4.511 niches for the same mouth last year. A total of 20 frosts was registered with K> in the last 14 dsvs.
