To|Meet Aitken in Hastings AdrSee was received in Hastings this morning by the secretary (Mr J. Ntickland) of the Hawke’s Bay Boxing Association that the representative in Sydney hns arranged for Joe Hall, of Victoria, to eome to Hastings to inert Billy Aitken, of Wellington.

A special sub-committee of the association will leave for Wellington this evening to interview Aitken and finalise the arrangements, which it is hoped wilj load to the contest being staged early next month. Aitken is now the feather-weight • hampion of New Zealand, and has victories over the ehampion and his strongest rival in the light-weight division.

Hall, who scales about 9st., is oue of the leading featherweights in Australia, and was only narrowly defeated by Blandon, the present champion, in a title bout recently.
