MAN IN THE STREET
King Walks to Engagement (Received 22, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, April 21. Putting up an umbrella, the King walked through the rain almost unnoticed among passers-by from Buckingham Palace to the offices of the Duchy of Cornwall. This is the second time His Majesty has broken precedent by walking the London streets to an engagement.
