LUNCHEON PARTY
Mrs E. Riddiford, of Lower Hutt, who is visiting her daughter, Mrs R. D. Kettle, at Napier entertained a number of friends at luncheon at the Masonic Hotel on Monday. After lunch the party enjoyed bridge in a private drawing room upstairs. A very dainty afternoon tea was served in the sun room on the balcony. There were present:—Mesdames E. Riddiford (hostess), R. D. Kettle, W. G. Wood, Carlile, F. N. Fussel. V. Cox, H. G. Warren (Te Awanga), A. Morris (Hastings), J. P. Leahy, Gatenby (Te Awanga), H. Humphries, R. I. Sutton, Hector Smith, G. F. Gardiner, Ewen Troutbeck and Miss Handyside
