Sir Samuel Hoare Under Doctor

Sir Samuel Hoare, Foreign Minister, has been ordered a month’s rest in Switzerland by doctors. He will leave Mr. Anthony Eden in charge of foreign affairs. Sir Samuel will see M. Laval on his way through France, and will inform him of Cabinet's views on oil sanctions.
