Dash (South Canterbury); A. C. Russell (Central Hawke’s Bay); F. Nieholl (Ashburton); J. T. Johnson (To Awamutu); A. E. Russell (Otago), S. Blackley (Hutt Valley); M. Cable (representing North Island supply authorities); E. Hitchcock (South Island supply author! ties); H. F. Toogooi} (Engineers' Association) ; and K. W.
