OFFENCE IN GERMANY
Reading Foreign Newspaper (Received 14, 10.30 a.m.) MUNICH, May 13. August Baer, of Nuremburg, was sentenced to a year for possessing and reading a foreign newspaper. He allegedly quoted a Dutch newspaper report of the Reichstag fire during a beer shop argument.
