Oxford Missionary Killed By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright CALCUTTA, May 13. Brother F. C. Heuett, aged 26, of the Oxford Mission, was found dead with his throat cut in a room in the mission bungalow at Barisal, Bengal. Brother Heuett was treasurer of the local branch of the mission and it ts believed that the motive was robberj. Heuett was a Londoner. Six persons have been arrested iu connection with his murder. Many arrests have been made in Delhi, Amritsar and other towns in Northern India in connection with the receipt by high Government and police officials of Communist leaflets bearing a familiar Indian revolutionary device, crossed pistols, threatening them with assassination if they participated in the Jubilee celebrations.
