Cup Round At Waiohiki SOME GOOD SCORES Some very good rounds were made by members of the Napier Golf Club at Waiohiki on Saturday afternoon, particularly those with fairly long handicaps, in the first qualifying round of the Donnelly Cup series. detailed scores were as follows:—

The Maraenui Club Light showers fell on those who played in the second qualifying round in the McClurg Cup series on the Maraenui links on Saturday, but in the later stages the weather improved. The medal round was won by W 11. Richards with a nett 68, followed by T A. Morland with 69. F. Turner won the Thursday series with a nett 75.
