(Received 11, 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, May 10.
The Northern Ireland Appeal Court is hearing an action in which the defendants allege that the plaintiff agreed to accept prayers for the family instead of payment for professional services.
Thomas O’Neill, architect, is claiming £llO5 from Canon Murphy, representative of the Cross and Passion Order at Ballyeastls. Lord Justice Andrews suggested that the House of Lords should decide the point as he was unable to find an authoritative precedent on such a proposition.
