LLOYD GEORGE’S PLAN
Submitted to Premier LONDON, March 14. Mr Lloyd George has forwarded to Mr MacDonald a hundred-page memorandum detailing his plans to reorganise and develop national resources, explaining that they represented the views of experts in all parties, and adding: “I assume that before the Government decides thereon I will be allowed to appear before the examining committee to which the plans are referred.” The document contains 35,000 words.
