H.B. AUTUMN SHOW

Entries Close March 7 The Hawke’s Bay Agricultural and Pastoral Society's autumn show is drawing near, and intending exhibitors are getting busy with their exhibits. The recent rains which have been of incalculable benefit to the farming community of the province have also greatly improved the chances of having a really first-class autumn show. Thin refers not only to the stock sections of the show, but to the fruit, vegetable, and horticultural sections as well, aud there is good reason to anticipate now that the show will be well up to the standard of past years. Intending exhibitors who have not yet received a copy of the schedule are requested to apply either to the secretary, Mr A. M. Retemeyer, Napier, or to Mr F. C. Wilkinson’s office, Queen street, Hastings. Entries for all classes close on Thursday, March 7.
