SWIMMING AT PORT
The executive of the Hawke's Bay Swimming Centre last evening expressed its willingness to do all in its power to foster swimming at Port Ahuriri The Port Aburiri Swimming Club is desirous of gaining experience in the conducting of carnivals, and lias requested the centre to give it assistance and advice. Last evening the centre appointed a sub-com-mittee to confer with a view of devising means of giving 'help to the Pori Ahuriri club
