IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT Of Paramount Importance BRADFORD VIEW STATED (British Official Wireless.) (Received 18, 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Sept. 17. In accordance with tho resolution passed at a meeting at. Bradford, at which problems of trade with Germany insofar as they affect the cotton, wool textiles and coal exporting interests of tho North, were considered, an influential deputation composed of 50 members visited tho Board of Trade and made a full statement of theil views regarding outstanding commercial debts and current trade. The representatives of the cotton and wool yarn interests made it clear that they regarded an immediate set. tlemcnt of existing debts as of paramount importance; indeed, as an indispensable condition of resumption of trade with Germany.
