Efforts for Eradication LEADERS AID GOVERNMENT Systematic Publicity Propaganda (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received 18, 11.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Sept. 17. Leaders in all parts of Bengal of every section of the community, also every shade of political thought, have decided to offer wholehearted cooperation to the Government in eradicating terrorism in the province. A conference decided that what was most urgently needed was the organisation of systematic publicity propaganda on a scale to overcome misunderstanding and misrepresentation of the Government’s policy, ensuring healthy contact between the Govern ment and the people.
