Miss M. Miller leaves Masterton this week to take up her residence in Hastings.
Mrs. J. Ra.nkine, Ellice Avenue, Wellington, has returned home after paying a short visit to Napier.
Miss Chris. Cairns, who has been paying a brief visit to Napier, has returned to Wellington.
Mrs. Kennedy,- Nelson, left for Wellington, yesterday, after spending a few days with Bishop aud Mrs. Williams, Napier.
Miss N. Gleeson, Wellington, is spending her holidays in Napier, and is the guest of Mrs. William Nelson, Hospital Hill. The friends of Mrs. A. H. Partridge, of Pepper street, Hastings, will learn with regret that her father passed away on Saturday and that her return from Canterbury is postponed indefinitely. « • # Mrs J. Redward, Greys road, Hastings, has left by car on a holiday visit to Hamilton and Auckland. «. # # Mrs des Forges aud her nephew. Mr Dan Hudson, of Hastings, are spending a month’s holiday in Auckland, where they are tho guests of Mrs E. E. Hudson. Canon E. D. Rice, Mrs Rice and Miss Mary Rice, of Waipukurau, left by car tlo-day lor Auckland on a visit to relatives and friends.
