The Wanganui Jockey Club’s spring meeting was concluded to-day in hue weather with the going good and the attendance improved. The totalisator handled £11,015 compared with £9,277 10/- for the second day last year, the total lor the meeting being £18,611 10/- against £15,531, an increase of £3,089 10/-.
