CROSSING SAFETY
London Pedestrians (British Official Wireless Service) RUGBY. Sept. 13. The Minister of Transport has decided to increase the number of pedestrian crossings in Lpndon as one measure for reducing the risk of street accidents. There are at present 2000 such crossings in the metropolitan area. und these will be increased lu 10,000.
