TAILORS PERTURBED Bureau of Men’s Fashions STANDARD OF STYLES (By Telegraph-Press Aasn.—Copyright.) (Received 13, 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 12. The National Federation of Merchant Tailors’ conference unanimously passed a resolution to establish a men’s fashion bureau to fix annually a standard of styles.
Delegates bitterly criticised male sartorial laxity. Mr. S. Johnson, federation secretary, said: “Men have no gift for clothes. No self-respecting woman, after tho establishment Of the bureau, will walk out with a man wearing out of date clothe®.’’
