Covers on Fictitious Men CERTIFICATES FROM DOCTORS Man Sentenced in Christchurch (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, August 21. Serious frauds practised on insurance companies in Christchurch were admitted by Richard Maskell, a recent arrival from Auckland, in the Magistrate’s Court this morning. Muskell e'en obtained certificates certifying that he was suffering from chest trouble mid a broken rib. Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., remarked that it would be interesting to know the mimes of the doctors concerned. Maskell, who is -II years of age and it native of England, use,] a number cv aliases. Counsel stated that he was in poor health mid had been influenced by his brother-in-law, Berry, in committing , the offences.
