Thousands of traders from India, the remotest parts of Tibet, Chinese Turestan, .Russian Turkestan and Central Asia are visiting the Kabul celebrations i.n connection with the sixteenth anniversary of Afghan independence. King Zahir Shah opened a trade exhibition in which one of the principal attriictfohs is Afghanistan’s oldest num, Haji Gul, claimed to be aged 180 years.
