CIRCUS TRAGEDY

Brave Woman’s Sacrifice In a vain effort to save the lives of three children in a burning cireus waggon in Spain the “circus mother” lost her own life. The children also were burnt to death. The circus was travelling on the road near the town of Graus ,in the province of Huesia. Cinema films which were stored in the waggon suddenly flared up. The door was locked, and the children were cut off. The woman could have escaped easily by a window at her end, but she turned back into the flames and died with her charges.
