Mr T. Milne, of Hastings, was zuken to Napier Hospital last Friday on incount of a serious illness, and his os** dition remains umAangedMr. C. Mason, general manager and a director of Greater Australasia Films, is a passenger to Wellington by the Wanganella, due to arrive lon.odrow from Sydney. Mr. Mason will remain in New Zealand for a week. Mr. T. G. A. Muntz, Assistant Bnbish Trade Commissioner to New Zeeland, will leave for London by the j Rangiiiki to-morrow on six months’ furlough. He will be accompanied by Mrs. Muntz, who, as Miss Statham, was associated with the repertory theatre movement iu Wellington. Mr, G. McNamara, Director-General of the Post and Telegraph Department, will return to Wellington by the .Maunganui next Monday from Sydney. Mr. McNamara attended the Postil Congress in Cairo early this year, and has spent some time iu London on d* partmental business, Mr- John Macmillan, managing director of Shaw, Savill and Albion Co.. Ltd., has accepted a seat on the board of directors of Dalgety and Co-, Ltd., in the place of the late 8. R. Living-stono-Learmonth, according to cable advice received by the New Zealand superintendent for Dalgeiy and Company from the head office, London,
