. Improvement Hoped For By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 1. Intimation of his intention to convene ou August 16, a conference of the various bodies in New Zealand inter ested in tourist traffic and publicity work was given by the Minister in charge of tourist aud publicity, the Hou, A. Hamilton. In a letter to the executive, the Minister said that the purpose of the conference was to .enable those interested to discuss matters relevant to the tourist business of the Dominion and to make suggestions for flic improvement of that business.
