“STAMP OUT GRAFT”
Warning to Municipalities PRESENTS TO COUNCILLORS (Received 9, 11.20 a.m.) LONDON, April 8. The "Dispatch” says that "Stamp Out Graft” is the warning the Ministry of Health has sent to municipal authorities throughout Britain following an investigation into councillors’ alleged acceptance of presents, not always money, from contractors. It has also been discovered that councillors are giving highly paid jobs to relatives.
