Bernard Shaw’s Impressions ENJOYED HIS VISIT (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, March 20. “Auckland has squeezed me so hard that, nothing will induce me to go within 10 miles of another New Zealand city, unless 1 have to pass through Wellington on tny way to Picton, but m,y visit will be the briefest possible,' said Mr Bernard Shaw before leaving by car with his wife this morning for Waitomo caves. Mr Shaw said he had enjoyed hut visit to Auckland. It was a city that should be good enough for anybody to live in. He had met many interesting people, and his welcome had been most cordial. He was leaving with the nicest feelings of Auckland. Mr Shaw said that nothing had been arranged so far in connection with his broadcast from Wellington before leaving New Zealand.
