Afternoon Party (British Official Wireless.) (Received 17, 10.10 a.m.) RUGBY, March 16. Between 300 and 400 guests attended the first afternoon party of the year given by the King and Queen at Buckingham Palaeo to-day. The King and Queen received their guests at tho entrance to the picture gallery, which, with the adjoining State rooms, was thrown open for the occasion. ,
