Chicago Kidnappers Sentenced END OF TUOHY GANG (Received 24, 10.30 a.m.) CHICAGO. Feb. 23. I'lic jury in the secomi trial of Roger Touliy and bis two henchment on a charge of kidnapping Factor found all three guilty. They were sentenced to 99 years’ imprisonment each.
