——- Wearing to be Made Illegal J BILL READY FOR DAIL I (Received 24, 10.30 a.m.) DUBLIN, Feb. 22. A Hill is being introduced in the Dail to make the wearing of the blue shirt illegal. It. is understood that it will be rushed through the earlier stages before the Senate on February 28 and discusses a recent refusal of admission to the House of two bine shirted friends of a senator. The op I portunity is being taken to declare it i legal all armies except the tree State - I forces.
