Whangarei Case Finally Settled COURT ACTION RECALLED By 1 elegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 21. The dispute between Air T. Campbell and Bishop Liston, of Auckland, over financial matters in connection with the building of the church at Whangarei has been amicably settled. This matter was the subject of a Court action some IS months ago, when judgment, was given in favour of Bishop Liston. If was considered in some quarters, however, that Mr Campbell might have had grounds for a moral claim against the church. That claim has now been adjusted to the satisfaction of oil parties.
