Long Secret Trial Ends 23 SENTENCED TO DEATH (Received 22, 12.45 p.m.) KOBE. Dec. 21. Some 345 alleged Communists were sentenced at Pyongyang, Korea, 23 to death, 20 co lie imprisonment, and the rest to various terms of imprisonment. Th© case had been pending for over two years. The prisoners were rounded up in Chientao, over the North Korean {girder, soon after the Manchurian outbreak. A total embargo on mention of the affair has been maintained since the beginning,
