Removal from the Pacific SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED (Received 4, 11.15 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 3. Following a conference between Mr Roosevelt and the Secretary of the Navy, Mr Swanson, it was announced that the movement of the United States Fleet from tho Pacific to tho Atlantic was seriously considered. A final decision has not been reached. Cruise to Atlantic Next Summer (Received 4, 11.30 a.m.) AV ASHINGTON, Nov. 3. President. Roosevelt has authorised a cruise of the fleet into Atlantic waters next summer.
