CORDELL HULL PEEVED

INTERFERENCE OF MOLEY. WASHINGTON, Aug. 11. Will Senator Cordell Hull, Secretary of State, resign as a consequence of the embarrassing position in which he was placed at the World Conference? This is the question of the hour in Washington. President Roosevelt wishes him to remain in Cabinet, but Senator Hull is very hot about Professor Raymond Moleys’ interference at the conference. Last week President Roosevelt called in Professor Moley to devise a new method to suppress kidnapping. This removes Professor Moley from Senator Hull’s office, and President Roosevelt hopes this will placate him.
