N.Z. PRODUCE FREIGHTS
RATES WILL BE LOWERED. (Received 18, 11.40 ami.) LONDON, Aug. 17. Although details of the New Zealand produce freight contracts will not be disclosed before the end of the month, it is authoritatively stated that the rates will be lowered.
