GANDHI DISSATISFIED
FAST RESUMED. (Received 18, 10.45 a.m.) CALCUTTA, Aug. 17. Gandhi is dissatisfied with the privileges granted by the Government for his “untouchable” work in gaol, so has restarted his fast.
