INDIAN PROPOSALS
LIBERALS DISAPPOINTED. (Received 18, 10.55 a.m.) CALCUTTA, April 17. •‘Disappointing and unsatisfactory” was the verdict of the All-lndia Liberal Federation meeting at Calcutta on the White Paper proposals, which are declared likely to accentuate the present acute discontent and the demand for dominion status.
