HARBOUR BOARD ELECTION
TWO HASTINGS NOMINATIONS. MESSRS. H. E. GRAINGER AND G. C. TRIPE. Mr. H. E. Grainger, of Gray’s road, and Mr. G. C. Tripe, of Omahu road, have both acceded to requests to stand for election to the Harbour Board as representatives of the borough of Hastings. Mr. Grainger has been noini■ated by Messrs. A. F. Redgrave, E. T. Ingram, F. C. Rush Munro, R. E. Huut, Chas. Griffiths, Cecil Duff, and the Rev. D. J. A. Shaw. Mr. Tripe’» nominators are Messrs. W. 8. Averill, H. W. C. Baird and Oswald Nelson.
