BRITISH PREMIER’S INTENTIONS. “NO LIMIT TO SUBJECTS.’’ (British Official Wireless). (Received 11, 12.30 p.m.) Rugby, April 10. The Prime Minister informed the House of Commons that he intended to set no limit to the subjects mentioned in the course of the conversations between the United States President and himself. The object of the Visit was not to negotiate agreements but to discuss questions with which both were confronted.
