They are under tho disability that they are unaware of the actual indictment, which will only be disclosed when the Court opens. DENIAL OF OGPU ALLEGATIONS. (Received 11, 1.15 p.m.) LONDON. April 10. Mr Richards, Vickers’ solicitor, has issued a denial of Ogpu allegations. “The implication that I or any of my colleagues or Metropolitan Vickers are working against the interests of the Soviet, either by sabotage or any other means, is no less fantastic than the suggestion that I am in the British Secret Service. I deny both completely,” he said.
