■ DOMINION TROOPS IN BRITAIN. (Received 14, 10.10 a.m.) London, March 12. Tho House of Commons, by 157 vote to 30, read a third time the Visiting Forces (British Commonwealth) Bill. The Solicitor-General, Sir Boyd Merriman, said that the Bill would only apply to forces raised in the Dominions and quartered in Britain, who of their own accord would uphold the honour of the Dominions. The Bill carried out deliberate wish of the Imperial Con-' ference of 1930.
