Nazis are now guarding the building.

Ignoring the protests of the Burgomaster of Cologne, Dr. Adenauer, Nazis, in the presence of a vast crowd, hoisted their flag over the city ball and other buildings. The police, apparently supported the Nazis. A Communist leader was found shot dead at Duisburg.
