The appearance of the northern end of Hastings street, Napier, will shortly be improved by the erection of twostoreyed building for the A.M.P. Society. The block is to bo erected on the same site as contained the pre-earthquake building tin the corner of Hastings and Browning streets. Plans are in the course of preparation by Mr J.
