QUARTERLY meeting held. LITTLE BUSINESS TRANSACTED. Tie quarterly meeting of the H.B. Lix-ensing Committee was held at Hastings this afternoon, Mr. A. M. Mowlem, S.M., presiding. Associated with him were Messrs. J. D. Donovan, Foster Brook, A. Rosenberg and F. C. Wilkinson. Thomas J. Bennett made application for a temporary license for the Grand Hotel.—Granted. J. R. Fitzpatrick was granted a conditional license for the Show. A.. H. McCarthy made application for an accommodation license for the Mohnka Hotel.—Granted.
