THE OKAWA CLUB. MUSKETRY COURSE. At Roy’s Hill over the week-end the Okawa Rifle Club will fire their annual musketry course, and all members are requested to attend this important shoot. Members of the Services Club will also fire this competition in conjunction with the Okawa Club. The competition will take the form of a handicap shoot, as there are two trophies to be competed for. Handicaps will be declared on the range. Conveyance leaves the Municipal Buildings at 9.30 sharp. N.S.W. KING’S PRIZE MEETING. N.Z. COMPETITORS NOT PROMINENT. Sydney, Oct. 10. At the rifle meeting the Danger Match, ten shots at 700 yards, was won b.v Brunskill (Wagga) 49. James (Bioken Hill) was the best of four other 49’s. New Zealanders in the small money were Cromis 46, Carter, Nicholl and Chapman 45. The Paine Aggregate, comprising the totals of the Mark Foy, Le Maitre and I langur Matches, was won by Brunskill, 141. The runner-up was Rixoti (Murrurundi) with the same score New Zealanders in small prises: O’Donnell 139, Cromie 137, Nicholl 135, Koppert 1.33 The Motton Match, ten shots at 300 yards, was won by Clugston (Mosman) with a possible.
