Quotations; Danish 114/- to 118/- per cwt., New Zealand finest 106/to 109/-, Australian finest unsalted 100/- to 103/-, salted 100/- to 103/-, Australian G.A.Q. 94/- to 98/-. Cheese: Mraket firm. Quotations: New Zealand white 58/- to 60/- per cwt., coloured 56/- ; Canadian white 57/- to 59/-, coloured 57/- to 59/-. There are indications that work is to be resumed on the Galatea estate (writes the Auckland “Star’s” Rotorua correspondent),. No information is available, but it is known that fencers are being re-engaged, and a plan of treeplanting has been developed and will be put in operation at an early date.
