SALESWOMAN'S CLAIM
JUDGMENT WITH COSTS. Wellington, August 12. Judgment for the plaintiff was given by Mr T. B. McNeil, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court in the claim brought by Thelma Jean Adams, saleswoman, against J. B. McKenzie, Ltd. Miss Adams was dismissed by McKenzies in March last as a result of the activities Of a represc-tativ* of an Australian firm of “internal auditors** and staff investigators. Judgment was given for the plaintiff tor a week’s wages claimed in lieu of notice amounting to £2 7/6, with costs. Leave of appeal Was 'granted, security being fixed at the amount of the judgment with costs and £7 7/-.
