VICTORY FOR H.B. JUNIORS. WIN BY EIGHT WICKETS. The Hawke’s Bay-Poverty Bay junior representative cricket match was concluded at Gisborne on Monday afternoon, the result being a victory for Hawke’s Bay by eight wickets. Poverty Bay batted first and knocked up 82, the visitors replying with 160. In their second innings, the former team made 97 runs, Hawke’s Bay compiling tho 19 runs needed to win at a cost of two wickets.
